Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Maljamar, NM. This contract role offers a comprehensive work experience serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade, with a duration extending from ASAP start through May 22, 2026.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico SLP License
- Experience with school-based speech and language services preferred
- Skills in SLP, SLPA - School, SLP - CFY, and SLP - CCC highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student communication development
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet student goals
