We are seeking a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser or Master’s-level Audiologist to provide exceptional hearing care services, including diagnostic testing, hearing aid fittings, counseling, and follow-up care. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, works independently, and is committed to helping patients achieve better hearing with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and consultations

Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids and assistive listening devices

Program, troubleshoot, and adjust hearing instruments to meet patient needs

Provide patient counseling, education, and ongoing support for optimal device usage

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with practice protocols

Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Deliver exceptional patient care while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks
Qualifications:

Required: New York State Hearing Aid Dispenser License or Master’s Degree in Audiology

Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical or dispensing experience preferred (new graduates with strong skills welcome to apply)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Strong ability to work independently and manage a high patient volume efficiently

Proficiency with hearing aid technology and software from multiple manufacturers
