Marketing Project ManagerWe are home to some of the most iconic and widely viewed sports programming in the world. From the NFL and NCAA March Madness to the Masters, PGA TOUR, UEFA Champions League, NWSL, Serie A, and more, we deliver premium sports content across broadcast, cable, streaming, and digital platforms. Our Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness, tune-in, and brand affinity across all these properties through innovative, high-impact campaigns. The Broadcast & Cable Promos team plays a critical role in this mission by producing and trafficking on-air promotional content that reaches millions of viewers. This team works closely with creative, media, and production partners to ensure every promo – whether for a marquee event or a weekly highlight – lands with precision and power. The Marketing Project Manager will be instrumental in keeping this engine running smoothly, ensuring that every asset is delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily support the Broadcast & Cable Promos teams by managing project workflows, coordinating asset requests, and ensuring timely delivery of promotional materials. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership of tasks, and is flexible in supporting broader marketing initiatives as needed.Responsibilities:
- Track and manage the workflow of Broadcast & Cable Promos projects from initiation to completion.
- Submit requests for all versions of promotional content, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and submit graphics requests for promos in a timely manner.
- Deliver A/V assets to internal and external agencies and partners for paid media campaigns.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing initiatives as needed.
- Maintain clear documentation and status updates for ongoing projects.
- Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays to leadership.
Requirements:
- BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Production or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing project management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AirTable, Frame.io, and Slack.
- Experience working with creative teams and external vendors/agencies.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and support various marketing functions as needed.
