Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks including exteriors, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and flooring.
- Assist with rough plumbing finishing, electrical tasks, and HVAC odds and ends that do not require licensing.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and carpentry skills to complete projects.
- Interpret blueprints and execute tasks according to specifications.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in carpentry and use of hand tools.
- Experience with tape measures, concrete, and drywall.
- Ability to perform rough carpentry and finish carpentry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical trades or related fields.
- Familiarity with power tools and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity in deck building or exterior work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
