HC&D is the premier supplier of ready-mix concrete and quarry materials. We are seeking a qualified individual to join our HC&D team at Kapaa Quarry:
CLERK-DISPATCHER
Kapaa Quarry Location
Seeking an individual who is able to provide consistent and professional customer service to internal and external customers. Individual must obtain measuremaster license. Additional responsibilities include the following:
- Assist with customer and interdepartmental inquiries and order requirements
- Load, scale and ticket in-house contractors, customers and outside haulers
- Check daily on-line tags
- Prepare billing for invoicing
- Handle cash daily
- Maintain truck weight certifications and certificate of liability insurance
- Ensure E.O.M. preparations for timely and accurate closing
- Sign haulers tags for payment; process hauler invoices, confirm date, destination and hauling charges.
