Key Responsibilities
- Monitor order lifecycles and proactively update clients on status changes, delays, and fulfillment.
- Identify potential issues using system insights and reach out to clients before problems arise.
- Serve as the main contact for daily inquiries related to orders, product details, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues quickly and accurately.
- Use customer data to troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to continuous system and process enhancements.
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems to track activity, generate reports, and improve customer experience.
- Build strong working relationships with key client contacts and escalate notable insights or concerns to leadership.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or support, ideally in a B2B or manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics CRM.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to anticipate needs or resolve issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
