Express Employment Professionals Conway AR&nbsp;&nbsp;is hiring now for a full time Sales Manager position for a growing company in Conway, AR.&nbsp;Pay will&nbsp;include a&nbsp;base salary and commission and can be $60,000/year for the right candidate. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm with rotating Saturdays.
Requirements
<ul>
<li>2 or more years of retail sales/floor sales or other sales experience. Retail management experience will also be considered.</li>
<li>Previous equipment or parts sales experience is preferred</li>
<li>Good communication skills and able to do inside and outside sales</li>
<li>Positive Attitude and willing to be part of a team!</li>
<li>Professional appearance</li>
<li>Goal oriented Self Starter.</li>
<li>Willing to learn about products and find opportunities for growth</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of sales activities to secure new accounts</li>
