Now Hiring: Ophthalmic Assistant
Were looking for an Ophthalmic Assistant to help support our clinical staff and provide an excellent experience for our patients.
Foley Eye Clinic is a patient-focused ophthalmology practice serving the Twin Cities with locations in St. Paul and Apple Valley. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Foley and the team provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art eye careincluding advanced diagnostics and surgical servicesin a welcoming, team-oriented environment dedicated to improving and protecting patients vision.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in eye care or healthcare who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
Schedule:
This position is part-time working Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays (but not both), and Thursdays from 7:30am to 5pm.
What Youll Do:
- Greet and prepare patients for their appointments
- Assist technicians and providers with patient flow
- Perform preliminary testing (vision checks, basic workups)
- Help keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and organized
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every patient
What Were Looking For:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
