Join the region’s leading eye care team! Black Hills Regional Eye Institute is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our patients and support our busy clinic operations.
What You’ll Do:

<li>Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and manage patient records</li>
<li>Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism</li>
<li>Support our doctors and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability</li>
<li>Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred</li>
<li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Be able to do some day travel with a team</li>
</ul>
