On behalf of our client, RSMC is recruiting for an immediate need for Temporary/Fill-in RDH in Arkansas.
Key Details:
- Working Days: Jan 5-8, 12-15, 19-22, 26-29, Feb 2-5, 9-12, 16-19, 23-26, Mar 2-6, 9-12, 16-19, 23-26 (be able to pick up shifts you only like)
- Compensation: Up to $55-60/hour, on W2 (weekly direct deposit - Fridays)
- Inclusions: Mileage reimbursement, or $100 daily allowance (for non-local contractor)
- Sign-On Bonus: $250 (payout after completing your first 10 shifts)
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- An associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- An active dental hygiene license in the state of practice in Arkansas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
