Social Media Account Specialist
Role:
Liberty Personnel Services is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Social Media Account Manager with a strong focus on Business to Business (B2B) marketing. This full-time role is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of social media programs for a portfolio of manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial and/or consumer product goods business clients. The selected individual will work cross-functionally with internal teams while serving as a strategic partner to these clients.
We’re seeking a candidate who understands the unique nuances of B2B communications, can translate complex offerings into compelling content, and excels in building digital engagement strategies that drive awareness, authority, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies / posts that are aligned with client goals (e.g., brand positioning, demand generation, thought leadership)

Monitor and optimize campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics

Research industry trends, competitor positioning, and audience behaviors to inform content direction

Create targeted, professional content for platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others

Establish and nurture influencer and industry partnerships as applicable

Contribute to innovation in social media processes, campaign frameworks, and measurement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

3+ years of experience managing business to business (B2B) social media programs

Strong client communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and quality

Proficiency in using social platforms for B2B engagement
- Strong LinkedIn knowledge

Experience with Hootsuite is a plus
Working Situation:
This will be an in office position.
