Job Description**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
**Location:** De Pere, WI
**Position Type:** Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
**Salary:** $19+/hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with account-related questions and issues.
- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Basic computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer service software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
