You’ll play a crucial role at an elementary DCD (Developmental and Cognitive Delay) center-based program, located at Evergreen Park ES in Brooklyn Center, MN. Each day offers chances to expand your experience, support students, and build your resume—all while exploring a new area and developing lasting connections.
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota teaching certification (Tier 3 or 4 required)
- Experience in special education, preferably with DCD/elementary populations
- Ability to provide or attach proof of MN teaching certification and updated resume for consideration
- Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to elementary students with developmental and cognitive delays
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and support staff
- Create an inclusive, supportive classroom
- Monitor progress and adjust instructional techniques as needed
- Work onsite, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours each week, throughout the 2026-2027 school year
