Machine Operator – Day Shift
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Day Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. This role focuses on operating media blasting equipment and supporting daily manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate media blasting equipment to clean, strip, or prepare surfaces
- Select appropriate blasting media based on material and project requirements
- Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of blasting equipment
- Complete daily 6S cleaning and organization tasks
- Enter RA measurement data accurately into tracking systems
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
- Assist with additional shop or production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
