Contract Duration: 12 months
Worksite Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Hardware Fulfillment Specialist:
- Fulfill hardware incident requests by picking, configuring, and shipping equipment
- Track, reconcile, and maintain detailed inventory records with precision
- Apply firmware and configure hardware to ensure proper functionality before deployment
- Process warranty claims and manage asset lifecycles
- Communicate directly with end users to understand impacts, provide updates, and build strong business relationships
- Adapt daily priorities to meet evolving business needs, providing flexible and proactive support
What you’ll bring to the Hardware Fulfillment Specialist role:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide accurate reporting and documentation
- Experience working with inventory systems and managing detailed data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
- A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in ambiguous situations with minimal oversight
- Interest in learning and supporting new and evolving technologies
- Ability to lift and move packages and pallets weighing 25 lbs or more
- (Nice to have) Technical degree, corporate environment experience, or familiarity with ServiceNow, Excel, and SharePoint
