CDL A Truck Driver
Weekly Pay: $1,250–$1,450 | Home Time: Weekly with 3 weekends home per month

CK Transportation is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a Heartland fleet running predictable routes with dependable weekly mileage and planned time off built into the rotation.
Route Details
This fleet runs Midwest regional freight averaging about 2,100 miles per week. Most loads are drop-and-hook, with some live load or unload depending on the customer, but dispatch keeps transitions smooth so your drive time stays productive. Freight stays on familiar lanes, which means fewer surprises and more consistency from week to week.
What You'll Earn
Drivers average $1,250–$1,450 per week based on mileage and performance, with a guaranteed minimum pay program available during slower weeks. Additional earnings may come from safety incentives and fuel efficiency bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation time, and 401(k) with company match. Per diem options are available for drivers who qualify.
Home Time Schedule
You'll get at least a 34-hour reset each week, with three weekends home per month plus an additional mid-week break built into the schedule. This setup is designed for drivers who want regional miles but still need dependable time at home without guessing when the truck will park.
Truck Information
Drivers operate 2016 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, International, and Kenworth tractors with 10-speed transmissions, inverters, and idle management systems. Take-home trucks may be available for drivers who have safe parking.
Experience Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
Must have either 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience or 1 year within the past 3 years.
Experience must be on equipment 48 feet or longer.
