Our organization is currently on the lookout for a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a specialization in Sports Medicine, particularly in Shoulder Arthroscopy. Position Overview
- Full-time orthopedic surgeon focusing on Sports Medicine, Shoulder Arthroplasty, and Arthroscopy
- Surgeries will be conducted at:
- St. Peters Hospital - Albany, NY
- Samaritan Hospital - Troy, NY
- Robust referral network through a comprehensive primary care system
- Assistance from skilled Orthopedic Surgery inpatient and outpatient APP teams
- A collaborative and physician-friendly atmosphere dedicated to delivering high-quality care

Qualifications
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- 5-10 years of post-training experience is required
- Proficient clinical and surgical skills in shoulder arthroscopy

Compensation Package
Our organization provides a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:
- A 5-Year Guarantee ranging from $725,000 to $800,000 for experienced surgeons.
- The stated salary represents the initial total compensation range and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other potential cash compensations relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please be aware that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
- A starting bonus of $25,000
- Relocation assistance up to $25,000
