Job Summary: As a Sales Representative at PTM Solar, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to promote solar energy solutions. You will engage directly with customers and educate them about the benefits of solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers.
- Provide comprehensive information on solar energy solutions, including product benefits, savings, and financing options.
- Build rapport with customers, address their questions and concerns, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including contract signing, scheduling installations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth transition.
- Adhere to company policies and local regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience is not required, but beneficial!
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and convey complex information clearly.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets.
- Comfortable working in diverse neighborhoods and adapting sales strategies to different customer needs.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems and technology is desirable; willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle rejection gracefully, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
