Right at Home West Los Angeles, a recognized leader in home care and one of the best places to work, is seeking a passionate and driven Outside Sales/Community Relations Manager to expand our presence in the Santa Monica and West LA area.

About the Role
As our Community Relations Manager, youll be the face of Right at Home in the communitybuilding relationships, generating referrals, and driving growth. Youll work closely with healthcare professionals and organizations to connect seniors and adults with disabilities to high-quality in-home care services that promote independence and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physicians, and other community partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic outreach plans to increase market share.
• Represent the agency at health fairs, community events, and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on home care regulations to support referral sources and clients.
• Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for marketing and networking.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and growth metrics.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales (home care, home health, or hospice preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media for professional outreach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: From $68,640/year with uncapped bonus potential
