About the RoleThe Carrier Team Associate supports our Shared Services Insurance Accounting Center by assisting carriers via email, gathering required documents and statements, and helping resolve accountrelated questions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, detailoriented work and providing clear written support.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to carrier inquiries through professional, timely email communication.
- Obtain carrier statements, documents, and information needed for accounting processes.
- Maintain accurate records of documents, communications, and account updates.
- Use internal systems to track tasks and support coordination across accounting teams.
- Apply basic accounting concepts when reviewing or preparing information.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in banking, finance, billing, accounting, insurance, or similar work.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately with multiple systems and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Detailoriented with consistent followthrough.
- Collaborative and dependable, with a proactive approach to supporting team needs.
- Enjoys working on a collaborative team
