Join a dynamic K-12 educational setting in Aurora, CO, as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract assignment supporting diverse student needs. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within multiple schools in the Denver area from January through May 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across preschool and K-12 settings.
- Collaborate with the Child Find and Bilingual Consultation Teams to support bilingual learners.
- Deliver targeted intervention and assessment services tailored to individual student needs.
- Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student communication development.
- Manage caseloads effectively while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure.
- Current Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification.
- Experience or interest in working with bilingual students is highly desirable.
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Candidates; SLPA applications will not be considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently on-site.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Aurora, CO (Denver area schools including Bilingual Consultation Team & Malley Drive Elementary and North Star Elementary).
- Start dates vary between December 1, 2025, and January 1, 2026, through May 22, 2026.
- Full-time commitment with 35+ hours per week.
- On-site presence is required; remote or hybrid work is not available.
