Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Active Kentucky SLP licensure required
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
  • Familiarity with providing therapeutic interventions to a diverse student population
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptable and organized with strong documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring speech-language support
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students across multiple grade levels, as assigned
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support and promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and support the implementation of speech-language goals within the classroom setting
  • Stay current on best practices and continue professional growth related to school-based speech-language pathology
