Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Kentucky SLP licensure required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
- Familiarity with providing therapeutic interventions to a diverse student population
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptable and organized with strong documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring speech-language support
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students across multiple grade levels, as assigned
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support and promote student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support the implementation of speech-language goals within the classroom setting
- Stay current on best practices and continue professional growth related to school-based speech-language pathology
