Our organization is actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to enhance our expanding Women’s Health Service Line. This role will be primarily based at Mercy Hospital located in Rockville Centre, NY, within Nassau County. We are an integrated healthcare system dedicated to serving the communities of Long Island, New York, comprising six hospitals, three skilled nursing facilities, a regional Home Care and Hospice service, and a community-based agency for individuals with developmental disabilities. With over 17,000 employees and an operating budget exceeding $3 billion, we cater to more than three million residents across Suffolk, Nassau, and Eastern Queens Counties.
In recent years, we have made significant investments in our Women’s Health Service Line to establish a comprehensive, integrated program that includes specialties such as OB/GYN, gynecologic oncology, maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Our OB/GYNs will collectively support approximately 4,700 deliveries annually across the system, with around 1,000 deliveries taking place at Mercy Hospital.
The ideal candidate will join a dedicated team of maternity specialists, including board-certified physicians, nurses, and experts in high-risk pregnancies.

Qualifications:
- NYS Licensed MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Robust clinical experience in evaluation and management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels to foster a culture of patient safety and contribute to performance improvement
Salary Range: $340,000 to $425,000
This salary range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s education, training, skills, licensure, certification, competencies, and other relevant experiences. The stated salary does not include bonuses, incentive pay, or other compensation forms, nor does it account for the value of benefits.
