We’re looking for a skilled Sheetfed Press Operator with hands-on UV printing experience to join our 2nd shift production team. This position plays a critical role in running, maintaining, and fine-tuning our sheetfed press equipment to achieve top-quality output and consistent production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain UV-capable sheetfed presses.
• Review job specifications and ensure press settings match production requirements.
• Monitor print quality throughout each run, making necessary color and registration adjustments.
• Maintain speed and efficiency while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and press crews about job progress and equipment status.
• Support the training and development of press assistants and team members.
• Adhere to all plant safety standards and quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven background operating UV sheetfed printing presses.
• Strong understanding of print processes, color control, and press maintenance.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regular walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions.
• Must be capable of meeting the physical demands of press operation.
