About the role:
- Patient Care & Clinical Support – Conducts patient intake interviews, prepares patients for exams, assists providers with exams and procedures, administers treatments and screenings, and ensures quality patient care.
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) & Documentation – Documents all patient interactions in the EHR in a timely manner, processes patient-related tasks (calls, faxes, scanned documents), and follows up on patient appointments.
- Team Collaboration & Communication – Participates in daily huddles, works with the care team to ensure pre-visit preparation, mentors coworkers, and maintains professional communication with staff and patients.
- Regulatory Compliance & Safety – Adheres to HIPAA, HRSA, state, federal, and accreditation regulations, follows clinical policies and procedures, and ensures exam rooms and equipment are properly cleaned and stocked.

Required Education & Experience:
- Graduate of an approved MA Program .
- Active Medical Assistant Certification
- Required: Minimum one (1) year as a Medical Assistant. Must demonstrate required MA competencies. Experience with electronic health records highly desirable
