Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with full-charge bookkeeping experience who can take ownership of accounting processes, including collections and accounts receivable management.
You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, improving cash flow, and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, and general ledger
- Handle accounts receivable and collections, following up on outstanding invoices
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, including P&L and cash flow summaries
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and on time
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Coordinate with management on financial performance and reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or accountant
- Strong experience with collections and accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
