Experienced Infant Toddler Teacher | Childcare / Daycare (Ages 6 weeks to 2 years old)
Location: Staten Island, NY
Pay: $20 to $24 per hour (or based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, 8 to 5 or 9 to 6

The Learning Experience Staten Island, NY is hiring an experienced infant/toddler teacher for our 6 weeks to 12 month and 1-2 year old classrooms. Join our growing childcare center in Staten Island, New York and make a meaningful impact in early childhood education.

What Youll Do

Lead and support a preschool or daycare classroom for ages 2 to 5
Implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum in a childcare setting
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Build strong relationships with children and families
Collaborate with staff to support enrollment and engagement goals
Ensure the safety, supervision, and development of every child

What Youll Bring

Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or on a Study Plan toward a Bachelors degree
Prior childcare, and daycare experience required
Strong understanding of early childhood education and development
Ability to manage classroom routines and meet childrens daily needs
Professional, patient, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively supervise children
