<ul>
<li>Operating States: NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, KY, and TN.</li>
<li>Equipment Note: Trucks must remain parked at our Charlotte, NC distribution center during home time. Taking trucks home or taking a load home is not permitted.</li>
<li>2-3 days out at a time with 34-reset on weekends.</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Performance Pay
<ul>
<li>Base Mileage Pay: $0.68 per mile</li>
<li>Short-Haul Metro Load Pay:
<ul>
<li>0–150 Total Miles: $132.50 per load + $25 per stop (excluding origin/final)</li>
<li>151–310 Total Miles: $201.50 per load + $25 per stop (excluding origin/final)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Drop &amp; Stop Pay: $25.00 per stop (excluding origin and final destination)</li>
<li>Detention Pay: $30.00 per hour (starts after 2 hours from scheduled appointment time)</li>

Qualifications &amp; Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.</li>
<li>License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).</li>
<li>Location: Must live within a commutable distance of Charlotte, NC to pick up/drop off equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to work Saturdays as part of the weekly schedule.</li>
<li>Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and punctual delivery.</li>
</ul>
