Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.), active Audiolist license and 1+ years Audiologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into an impactful role supporting students as an Educational Audiologist for a dynamic school setting near Isanti, MN. This full-time contract position runs from August 24th to October 19th, allowing you to make a meaningful difference across 13 dedicated districts, serving students from birth through age 22. Contribute your expertise where it’s truly needed and work with a collaborative educational team.
In this role, you’ll balance your time with a hybrid schedule—in-person for essential assessments and troubleshooting, and virtual flexibility for administrative tasks such as report writing. This setup ensures maximum efficiency and work-life balance while reaching students in need across multiple settings.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
- ASHA certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working with children and young adults in school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families
- Ability to effectively administer assessments and interpret results
- Comfortable supporting a full caseload spanning a wide age range
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and hearing screenings
- Provide consultation and management of hearing assistive technology
- Support access to the curriculum through recommendations and troubleshooting
- Prepare clear, thorough reports in compliance with local and state regulations
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to create effective auditory access solutions
- Travel between sites as needed, with mileage reimbursed at the federal rate
