Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our residential site work team in Southern New Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment and the ability to work independently on active job sites.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes</li>
<li>Perform residential excavation, grading, and site preparation</li>
<li>Follow site plans and project specifications</li>
<li>Always maintain safe and efficient work practices</li>
<li>Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs</li>
<li>Work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Operate a Triaxle Truck w/ tag trailer</li>
<li>Ability to perform equipment transportation</li>
</ul>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Valid CDL license (required)</li>
<li>Proven experience operating heavy equipment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of residential site work</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and reliably</li>
