Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide speech-language therapy services for elementary school students across multiple locations within a K-12 district in Andover, MN. This is a leave coverage contract role offering a varied schedule based on maternity leave dates at several schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students following a 3:1 service model: three weeks providing direct services, one week dedicated to indirect support
  • Manage therapy caseload without evaluations; evaluation duties are handled by a separate team
  • Support students in typical elementary settings as well as those in Setting III CDC environments
  • Cover multiple schools on assigned dates, including elementary and middle schools, with intermittent in-person service requirements
  • Collaborate with school staff and maintain clear documentation of student progress

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings
  • Ability to provide services in a diverse school environment, including students with varying communication needs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite across multiple locations as assigned

Location:

  • Andover, MN (primarily elementary and middle schools within the district)

Schedule:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Start and end dates vary depending on maternity leave coverage needs
