Compensation: Up to $80,000/year

Location: Remote (Must reside in Oregon)
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in payroll processing and tax compliance. Below are more details.
Key Responsibilities:

Process end-to-end payroll for multi-state employees using Paycom

Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax filings and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Handle payroll reconciliations, garnishments, and benefit deductions

Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of payroll experience

Proficiency in Paycom payroll software

Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Must be located in Oregon
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
