Bottle-Forming Manufacturing Supervisor

Pay Rate: $28–$34/hr Shift: Full-time (Shift may vary based on production needs)

Position Overview

A high-growth manufacturing operation is looking for a Bottle-Forming Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee PET bottle-forming or blow mold production activities. This role will lead operators, optimize machine performance, and ensure consistent quality and safety across the forming department.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise bottle-forming, blow mold, or injection molding operations to achieve daily production goals.

· Lead and support a team of machine operators, ensuring proper training and safe operation of equipment.

· Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot forming issues, and coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime.

· Ensure quality checks, documentation, and in-process inspections are consistently completed.

· Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, and plant operating procedures.

· Collaborate with production leadership to improve yield, cycle times, and material usage.

· Maintain accurate logs, shift reports, and performance metrics.

· Support continuous improvement and corrective-action efforts.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in bottle forming, blow molding, injection molding, or similar plastic packaging manufacturing.

· Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify root-cause issues.

· Working knowledge of PET materials and bottle-forming equipment.

· Strong communication skills and ability to lead small teams.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
