A well-established long-term care pharmacy is seeking two dedicated Evening Shift Pharmacists for direct hire in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to work in a closed-door pharmacy environment focused on delivering high-quality medication management for long-term care residents.
The position involves managing a daily volume of approximately 600 prescriptions, utilizing the Frameworks software system (training available). Core responsibilities include conducting thorough initial and final medication reviews, overseeing pharmacy technicians, and ensuring accurate dispensing of medications. This role requires speed and efficiency in a fast-paced setting, making it ideal for detail-oriented pharmacists who thrive under pressure.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, with shifts from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm or 4:30 pm to 12:00 am
- Rotating weekends required
Key Qualifications:
- Must hold a current, active Massachusetts Pharmacist license
- Previous pharmacy experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment
- Willingness to work within a team and oversee technician activities
