Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Background in supporting children on the autism spectrum

- Ability to adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom setting
- Modify curriculum and instruction for students with diverse abilities
- Track and document student progress regularly, maintaining clear and accurate records
- Partner with related service providers, parents, and school teams to maximize student success
- Advocate for students’ needs both within the classroom and in broader school environments
