After training Tuesday through Saturday 8:30-9am - 5-5:30pm
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as the first-line call reception for the Customer Care (CC) Team. o Answers incoming telephone calls. o Responds to customer questions. o Creates reports that go to the appropriate department/location to resolve customer concerns. o Make outbound calls pertaining to customer-related issues. o Monitor multiple inboxes handled by the CC Team as requested
Handling 30-40 calls on normal days
Handling 60-80 calls on busy days
