Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care based on thorough assessment and established standards
- Supervise and direct nursing staff activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, evaluating progress toward outcomes
- Provide patient and family education, including health information and discharge planning
- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure a safe, healing, and humane care environment
- Perform other duties as assigned, supporting continuity of care and organizational goals
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in the state of practice
- CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Previous acute care facility experience preferred
