About the Role
- Schedule: Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week)
- Primary Locations: Hartford and Waterbury
- Additional Coverage (as needed): Enfield, Manchester, New Britain
- Travel stipend provided for multi-site coverage
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and deliver high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional clinical standards
- Provide exceptional communication and support to patients and colleagues
- Engage in continuing education and skill advancement opportunities
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited APTA Physical Therapy program
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented mindset
- Manual therapy experience or interest in developing advanced manual skills
- Orthopedic experience preferred but not required
- Ability to travel to multiple clinic locations when needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $105,000–$110,000 (pro rata; $50–$53/hr)
- Sign-on bonus: $2,500
