We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Functional Medicine Practitioner to join our team at The Wellness Collective in Sioux Falls, SD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their medical history, lifestyle, and environmental factors
- Create personalized treatment plans using functional medicine approaches to address the underlying causes of health conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care to patients
- Educate patients on the principles of functional medicine and empower them to take control of their health
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patients' progress and feedback
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional medicine and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. You should have excellent communication skills, be a compassionate listener, and be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing, Medicine, or similar field
- Licensure in good standing in the state of South Dakota
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for helping others and promoting wellness
