<h3>Job Description</h3>
<p>Job DescriptionISO of reliable and experienced Direct Support Care Worker to provide Community Development Services for our adult clients, who are all 21 years of age or older. This role is crucial in assisting our clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), transporting them to various community activities and volunteer work, and ultimately helping them cultivate a sense of purpose and belonging within the community.<br>This is a full-time position with set hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, located in Bowie, MD. As an approved vendor for Self-Directed Services through the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), we are pleased to offer a competitive starting pay rate of $30-35 per hour. Additionally, this position is eligible for comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.

<p>Requirements include a clean background check, current driver's license and reliable car for transportation. Additionally, a certificate in CPR and First Aid will be required. </p>
