Registered Nurse – Full-Time or Part-Time Positions Available

Are you an enthusiastic RN who enjoys variety, challenges, and ongoing learning? The Float Pool is an ideal environment for you to enhance your skills while making a significant impact across various units.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

  • 12-hour shifts: 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM

  • 8-hour evening shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM

Attractive Compensation with Tiered Differentials:

  • Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hr

  • Tier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hr

  • Tier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials:

  • Evening: +$2.75/hr

  • Night: +$4.60/hr

  • Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus:

Eligible RNs can receive up to $10,000!

Potential Units You May Float To Include: Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology, and more!

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience

  • Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred)

  • License: Current RN license in the state

  • Certifications: BLS certification from the American Heart Association

  • Physical Requirements:

    • Regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds

    • Prolonged standing and walking during each shift

    • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed
