Job Title: Concrete Form Setter
Job Description
As a Concrete Form Setter, you will engage in a range of tasks from general labor to finishing work. You will be responsible for all duties related to pouring concrete, setting up forms, and finishing flat, finished work. This includes site preparation, rebar work, minimal form setup, and pouring. The job requires proficiency in using tools such as bull floats and power concrete screeds.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor related to concrete work.
- Set up and finish concrete forms.
- Conduct site preparation and rebar work.
- Use a bull float and power concrete screed.
- Ensure quality and precision in concrete finishing.
- Handle heavy lifting and operate hand and power tools.
- Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years experience in concrete form setting.
- 5+ years experience in concrete carpentry.
- 5+ years experience in concrete construction.
- At least 6 months of concrete finishing experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in commercial and residential concrete construction.
- Comfortable with travel to and from job sites daily.
- Experience with paving and concrete slabs.
- Experience with concrete pouring and rebar work.

Work Environment
The work environment varies with frequent changes in job sites. You will primarily work on new build custom mansion homes, which present different and complex challenges with each pour. The company also undertakes some commercial projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
