Our client is a well-established, family-run general practice located in the
scenic Warwick Valley region of New Yorkjust 90 minutes from New York City. Our
modern, fully digital office features intraoral scanners, same-day crown technology, and
a KaVo implant system. We maintain a high-quality patient base that is 50% fee-for-
service and 50% PPO, with no Medicaid or HMO, and some of the strongest
reimbursement rates in the region. Due to strong patient demand and practice
growth, were looking to bring on an additional associate to support our team and
continue delivering top-tier care.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced periodontist for a one-day-per-week
position. Youll enjoy clinical autonomy, a consistent referral stream, and the support of
a friendly, experienced teamall within a well-run, digital office that prioritizes quality
and patient-centered care.
What We Offer
High earning potential: $1300$5,000/day based on percentage of adjusted
production and clinical skill
Daily guarantee of $1300 for the first 3 months or percentage of adjusted
production, whichever is higher

Qualifications
DDS/DMD and completion of an accredited periodontics residency
Board certified or board eligible in periodontics
Valid New York dental license
Proficient in a full range of periodontal and implant procedures
Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and team-minded
Schedule
Part-Time: 1 day per week (flexible on which day)

What procedures will the associate be doing?
Diagnose and treat periodontal disease, including scaling and root planing,
osseous surgery, and soft tissue grafting
Perform dental implant placement and related surgical procedures (e.g. bone
grafting, sinus lifts)
Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on oral and
periodontal health
Collaborate closely with our general dentists to ensure seamless, comprehensive
care
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
