QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an Acquisition Logistician (Analyst) to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our customer, Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS).
Duties:
- Serves as the PM TS Acquisition Logistician Analyst for the Product Support Manager (PSM) and primary action officer when the Government PSM is not available.
- Lead efforts/taskers such as annual transition to sustainment (T2S) data call, risk management internal controls (RMIC), 50/50 depot reporting, strategic portfolio analysis review (SPAR) operations and support (O&S), risk management, second destination transportation (SDT) and program objective memorandum (POM) planning. Review input from five product offices and compose well-structured responses.
- Thoroughly review, analyze, research, track and respond to all PSM taskers.
- Lead, coordinate and participate in the Army Modernization Equipping Conferences (AMEC) providing clear and concise daily executive summaries.
- Develop and review Memorandum of Agreements (MOA)/Memorandum of Understandings (MOU) and ensure documents are IAW policy and regulatory guidance.
- Responsible for maintaining the PSM area of the PM TS SharePoint site and uploading documents.
- Author responses to queries from Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEWS) and Army Audit Agency.
- Serves as a liaison for PM TS PSM with other agencies such as Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEWS) and Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Extensive expertise and in-depth knowledge of statutory and regulatory guidance pertaining to adaptive acquisition framework and product support management.
- Familiar with DoDI 5000.2, Army Regulation 700-127, key activities, milestones, acquisition documents, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of the programs and products within PM TS, a plus.
Required Clearance:
- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required. Degree preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Ten (10) years of experience in the Life Cycle Logistics field and familiarity with Defense Acquisition required.
- An additional eight (8) years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
- A Master’s degree or higher may be substituted for four (4) years of experience if the degree is in a related field.
Travel:
0-25% travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

Physical demands of this position include ability to:
- Be independently mobile.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
- Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.
- Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as glasses/goggles (eyes), ear plugs/muffs (hearing), hard hats, and breathing respirators/masks.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $143,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
