In this position
In this position, you will engage in pre-sale technical activities while supporting Hailo’s existing customers.
You will respond to technical inquiries, reproduce and investigate complex issues across a wide range of domains in close collaboration with the R&D team, and drive effective resolutions. You will design and implement customer-facing demo and reference applications in C++, develop AI applications that showcase our product’s capabilities at major industry events such as CES and other trade shows, and provide knowledge transfer to our FAEs to strengthen field enablement and customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an application , software or embedded engineer
- Strong programming skills in C/C++
- High level of proficiency and experience working in Linux environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across system-level environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to combine multiple technological disciplines while maintaining a strong system-level perspective
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple parallel topics
- Fluency in English
