Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Behavioral Therapist based in Bloomington, MN. The Behavioral Therapist will work closely with children with autism and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting behavior assessment sessions, implementing therapy plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and family members. The therapist will provide compassionate care and ensure a supportive therapeutic environment that fosters skill-building, confidence, and independence.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis
  • Knowledge or background in Psychology with experience working with children
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with families
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to different environments and deliver therapy in a hybrid model
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required); RBT certification or experience in behavioral therapy is preferred
  • Commitment to professional growth and providing ethical, high-quality care
  • Willingness to undergo an appropriate background check and obtain additional credentials if needed
