Job Title: Data Entry Support
Location-Type: Hybrid (3 days in office in Boston)
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (contract)
Compensation Range: $22/hr - $24/hr W2
Job Description:
Provide data entry and organizational support for the client's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across donor and employer records.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform manual data clean-up in the CRM system.
- Review system data, organize it, and export it to Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage and update biographical and geographical information.
- Maintain employer records and familial relationships within the CRM.
- Attach gift proposals to appropriate donor records.
- Provide daily updates to the manager and/or team.
Must-Haves:
- Experience with data entry in a complex CRM system.
- Ability to work with large data sets and break them into smaller, manageable segments.
- Highly process-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting project priorities.
Nice-to-Haves:
