The platform works across oncology, rheumatology, urology, and medical devices and can screen multiple sites in parallel, with early customers seeing dramatic results (e.g., a urology institute going from two years of zero enrollments to 6 eligible patients in a single week, and a research site screening 650 patients against a 42-criterion protocol in 11 days).

The Role
A founding Account Executive seat owning the go-to-market motion end-to-end — source, qualify, demo, and close — in an outbound-first hunter role, working alongside the Head of Sales who runs outbound himself today. There's a real growth path to leading the sales org as the team scales.
What you'll be doing
- Run full-cycle outbound sales: source, qualify, demo, and close $50K–$250K deals on a ~6-week cycle
- Make at least 50+ dials per day — this is an input-heavy founding seat
- Manage pilot conversions when applicable (1–2 month pilots)
- Travel to ~10 US conferences per year to source and convert customers
- Help build the playbook and operating rhythm that the next AEs and SDRs will inherit
Tech stack: Not specified (full-cycle outbound sales)
Requirements
- 3-8 years sales, SDR/BDR + AE track
- Hunter, not order-taker
- 50+ dials/day minimum
- Founding GTM mindset
- Austin in-person, 5 days/week

- SDR/BDR who crushed quota and is ready for the AE seat they earned.
- Established AE who hasn't lost the hunting itch. Still wants to source their own deals.
- Has worked under a strong sales leader before.
- Outbound-first track record at a company where you actually had to sell, not take orders.
- Founding or early-employee sales experience at a startup where the playbook didn't exist yet.
Red Flags
- Order-taker from big inbound-heavy companies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce, Box). Auto-disqualify.
- Established AE making $250K+ who has lost the hunting itch.
- Wants leads handed to them or expects SDR support out of the gate.
- Cannot or will not work in Austin in-person 5 days a week.
