Inpatient Pharmacist
📍 Tucson, AZ

We’re seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join an acute care hospital team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a night-shift rotation role ideal for pharmacists with strong inpatient and critical care experience.

Schedule:

• 7 nights on / 7 nights off

• Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Workdays: Wednesday – Tuesday

• No on-call

• No option for 48-hour guarantee

• No blocked scheduling

Role Overview:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services in an acute hospital setting

• Review and verify medication orders for safety and efficacy

• Participate in clinical decision-making and interdisciplinary rounds as needed

• Support emergency responses and urgent medication needs during night shift

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist License

• BLS & ACLS required

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute hospital experience

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently on nights

Preferred (Not Required):

• Board Certification and/or Accredited Pharmacy Residency
