Your Position
We are currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our expanding team. In this position, you will play a vital role in our mission by providing outstanding dental care and ensuring memorable experiences for our patients. If you enjoy working with children (who represent 70% of our patient demographic), this is the ideal place for you!

Your Duties:
As a Dental Hygienist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate and high-quality care to all patients
- Administering direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride treatments under a dentist's supervision
- Delivering excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
- Educating patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices
- Evaluating dental conditions and reviewing patients' medical histories
- Complying with all regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Guiding patients and their families through the treatment process
- Assisting with dental and periodontal charting as required
- Taking x-rays and ensuring they are properly documented in patient records when necessary
- Creating positive patient experiences through compassionate care
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including a hands-on skills assessment (required upon hire)
